Bryan Huffman
Bryan Huffman received a Juris Doctor with Honors from University of Arkansas at Little Rock – William H. Bowen School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Air Force Academy.
After becoming licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Mr. Huffman became a Judge Advocate. As a member of the USAF JAG Corps Mr. Huffman was a prosecutor in Military Courts-Martial and served as Chief of Military Justice. Here he gained significant experience in criminal litigation, environmental law, administrative and personnel law, government contracts, estate planning, and general legal assistance to include family law. Mr. Huffman was promoted to the rank of Major and became the Deputy Chief of International and Operations Law for Air Force Operations in Central and South America. While in this position he gained significant experience in international law with an emphasis on Central and South American law, treaty and international agreements negotiation and interpretation, and fiscal law for Air Force operations. After leaving the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Huffman returned to the practice of law in Arkansas, where he remains.
Practice Areas
- Mr. Huffman’s practice is centered around general civil litigation involving construction, and other commercial disputes, real property law, and he also aids clients in the defense of products liability, auto liability, general negligence, and other litigated disputes.
- Mr. Huffman assists clients with Domestic Relations law such as divorce, child custody and visitation, and guardianships.
- Mr. Huffman is also very skilled in criminal & DUI defense. He has tried numerous cases in most criminal areas to include sex crimes, drug crimes to include possession and distribution, conspiracy, assaults, child pornography, credit card fraud, DUI/DWI, and hot checks. Attorney Huffman has experience at both the trial court level as well as appellate practice before the Courts of Appeal
- Mr. Huffman can assist most clients with estate planning to include drafting wills and trusts.
- Finally, Mr. Huffman can assist clients with international law interpretation to determine the effect of international law on the clients interests.
