Donald M. Spears received a Juris Doctor from University of Arkansas at Little Rock – William H. Bowen School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
After becoming licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Mr. Spears became a highly skilled litigator in all areas of Arkansas law. Mr. Spears has founded several highly successful law practices throughout the state of Arkansas and has won hundreds of trials throughout the state. Mr. Spears has won or negotiated numerous person injury settlements in excess of 1 million dollars. Mr. Spears has focused recently on closed head brain injury cases and has founded or partnered with various business ventures throughout the United States.
Mr. Spears currently is a partner with Spears, Huffman & Butler, PLLC in Benton, Arkansas, and Whetstone, Spears & Odum, PLLC in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Spears’ practice is centered around personal injury law mainly in the area of closed-head brain injury suits, class-action suits, general civil litigation involving real property law, and he also aids clients in the defense of products liability, auto liability, general negligence, and other litigated disputes.
